Where I started till now…

So I’m finally starting to put my Talon back together. I bought it 4/2006 from a friend whose mom used it as her daily driver. It’s a 1995 Eagle Talon TSi AWD. I bought it with 103,788 miles on it. The goal for this car is just a quick fun driver that I can have fun in and be semi-comfortable as well as a clean well modified car. I’ve done a few things here and there but have really been dragging my feet to get it done. Well now is finally the time to start on it. So far I have the motor and trans out, my headliner and door inserts covered in black micro suede, and a few parts collected.

Parts I have so far:

  • Act 2600 with street disk
  • Apexi N1 TBE
  • NX intercooler sprayer
  • Evo3 16g
  • 3 gauge a pillar pod
  • Evo VIII rims with Bridgestone tires and Blizzaks for winter
  • Evo VIII shift knob
  • Shaved Valve Cover
  • New Door handles
  • Spare talon tails to red out
  • Blacked out headlights with clear corners
  • Nite Shaded turn signals
  • Kenwood DDX7015 double din
  • Hidden Nitrous Purge switch (in ash tray)
  • Greddy TT (Black)
  • New Harmonic Balancer
  • 7 Bolt crank polished

I will be sending the head and block sent out to be decked after I reassemble the head and install new valve seals this week along with the flywheel to be resurfaced and have the correct step put on it for the ACT 2600. I’ll do updates when parts come in and as I’m doing work. Here are a few pictures I had in my photobucket account of the exterior of the car and the suede interior.
